Peach and Blackberry Trifle

The base was just torn up yellow cake (I had a bunch of leftover cupcakes that I used).

The next layer was peaches, peeled and cut into bite size pieces. Be sure to cut the peaches over a bowl to catch the juices and sprinkle that over the cake too.

Next was a sprinkling of blackberries.

Then top everything with whipped cream. For every cup of cream I added 2 tablespoons of sugar and a half a teaspoon of vanilla. For the 9x13 pan I used about 3 cups of cream.

Once it's all assembled you can dig right in, but I think it's better if it has a couple of hours to chill in the fridge.
