- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 2 egg whites
Mix above ingredients for 20 minutes. - 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Fold in whipped cream into strawberry mixture.
For toppping and crust: - 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup chopped nuts
- dash of salt
Mix and crumble. Place 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Pour strawberry mixture on top of crust and sprinkle remaining crust on top. Freeze overnight.
