1 bunch spinach
1/2 pkg. craisins
1/2 Cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
Dressing:
1 Cup oil
3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 Cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
(mix and refrigerate)
Combine craisins, nuts, cheese with spinach.
Add dressing and toss with the salad just before serving.
Ooooo! I'll have to show this to Kathryn--she loves spinach salads!
