2 heads romaine lettuce
1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2-3 peeled and chopped pears
1 1/2 craisins
Dressing:
1/2 Cup red wine vinegar
3/4 Cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 Cup chopped red onion
1 Cup oil
Mix dressing ingredients in a blender until creamy. Toss together salad ingredients and add dressing just before serving.
