6 thick boneless pork chops
1 (6 oz.) box of stuffing mix, including the ingredients to prepare stuffing
1 (21oz.) can of apple pie filling with cinnamon
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in a frying pan and let rest on a plate while preparing stuffing mix.
- Pour apple pie filling into 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Put pork chops on top of apple pie filling and then put prepared stuffing on top of pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
