For you lucky ladies that attended the Olsen's house to finish your picture plaques, this is the treat we had.
2-3 bags microwave popcorn(butter flavored, but movie butter is even better)
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 small bag chopped pecans(or any nut you like)
- Microwave popcorn. Pour popcorn into a strainer and shake. This will get the kernels to the bottom. Gently scoop out just the popped corn and place in a large bowl.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Use intervals of 20-30 seconds and stir in between until chocolate chips are melted. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
- Pour chocolate over popcorn. Add pecans and gently mix until everything is coated. Spread mixture evenly onto a cookie sheet or parchment paper to cool. When cooled, break up into small pieces and serve.
