Chicken Bean Soup

Sour cream
Shredded cheese
1 - 2 Chicken breasts-cooked & shredded
1 Jalapeno pepper - diced (no seeds) - or seeds if you like it hot!
Med onion - chopped
1 ½ tsp minced garlic
3 cans Chicken broth
4 cans white beans drained

  1. Saute onion & peppers.
  2. Smash 1 can beans (drained) with 1 can chicken broth. Then add remainder beans, broth, garlic and chicken.
  3. Cook on low heat approximately 1 hour.
Serve with sour cream and cheese.
