1 1/2 Cup cider or apple juice
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup light corn syrup
1/4 Cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes. Serve over Pumpkin pancakes or any pancake.
