Pumpkin Pancakes

2 Cup flour
3 TB brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup pumpkin
1 egg
2 TB oil
2 TB lemon juice

Mix dry ingredients together; then add milk, pumpkin, egg, oil and lemon juice. Mix well. Cook on griddle. Serve with Hot Cider Syrup
