Cinnamon S'mores

I found this recipe in the July 2008 Relief Society newsletter. What a yummy treat for those Summer barbecues!

Graham cracker squares
Marshmallow cream
Semisweet chocolate chips
Cinnamon

Spread 1 TB of marshmallow cream on a square of cracker. Add 1 TB chocolate chips and sprinkle with cinnamon. Layer second cracker in the same way and top with 3rd cracker. Wrap in foil and bake at 425 for 6-7 minutes. This can also be done on hot coals.
